Withdraw from your contract
If you are a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your contract with Madatsu TCG within 14 days, without giving a reason. You can also withdraw at any moment between placing your order and receiving it, including pre-orders that have not shipped yet.
Use the form below to withdraw. Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The items you are withdrawing from
- The date you ordered and, if it has arrived, the date you received it
You can simply write: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods.
What happens next
- We confirm by email that we received your withdrawal.
- If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method, within 14 days.
- If you already received it, send the goods back to Madatsu TCG, Hanswijkstraat 74, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium, within 14 days. You pay the return postage.
Important for sealed products. You may inspect an item from the outside, but if the seal of a booster pack, display, box, deck or bundle is broken the product loses its full resale value and that loss is deducted from your refund. In practice an opened sealed product is not refunded. The full rules are in our Return and Refund Policy.
