1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day. During new releases and pre-order launches processing can take slightly longer.
2. Shipping zones and estimated delivery times
- Belgium: 1-3 business days
- European Union: 3-7 business days
We currently ship within Belgium and the European Union only.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the order.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
5. Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at madatsutcg@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Until you physically receive the goods, the risk stays with us.
6. Pre-order shipping
Pre-order items ship once the product is released and received by us. The estimated release date on each product page is the delivery period we agree with you. Mixed orders containing in-stock and pre-order items ship together when all items are available, unless you ask us to split the order.
7. Delivery deadline
Unless a different date is stated on the product page, we deliver within 30 days of the order. If we cannot deliver in time we will contact you, and you can either agree a new date or cancel the order for a full refund.
