1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. As a general estimate, orders may take up to 5 business days or more to arrive. Delays caused by external factors such as carrier incidents, customs, adverse weather conditions, or peak periods are beyond our control and Madatsu TCG cannot be held responsible for them.
3. Shipping Carriers
We work with leading shipping companies to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered as efficiently as possible.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your shipment at all times.
6. Incidents and Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at madatsutcg@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
