3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are subject to availability and publisher release schedules. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Release dates are estimates and may change without notice.
  • In the event a product cannot be fulfilled, you will receive store credit for the amount paid.
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Shipping

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Madatsu TCG is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on how eligible claims are handled through store credit.

7. Intellectual Property
