1. General

By accessing and using madatsutcg.com you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update them at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors and limit quantities per customer.

Product images are for illustration. The appearance of cards and products may vary.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error, and we will tell you and refund you in full if we do.

Payment is completed before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-orders depend on publisher release schedules. Payment is taken when you place the pre-order, and it reserves your unit with our distributor. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that:

  • Release dates are estimates and may change. We will inform you of any change.
  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Once the item has been delivered, the 14-day right to cancel applies as for any other order.
  • If a product cannot be supplied, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • The price you paid does not change if the market price changes before release.
  • On high-demand pre-orders we may limit the number of units per customer.

6. Shipping

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. If we do not deliver within the agreed period you may set an additional reasonable period, and if we still do not deliver you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

Risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person you name, take physical possession of the goods.

7. Returns and refunds

As a consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel and a two-year legal guarantee. Sealed products are a special case: once the seal of a booster pack, display, box, deck or bundle is broken the product loses its full resale value, and that loss is deducted from any refund. In practice an opened sealed product is not refunded. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full detail.

8. Intellectual property

All content on madatsutcg.com is the property of Madatsu TCG or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the legal guarantee. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live, or of the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
