Return and Refund Policy

General Policy

At Madatsu TCG, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Any eligible return or claim will be resolved in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases in our store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at madatsutcg@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item(s).

Once verified, we will issue store credit for the value of the affected item(s).

Sealed Products

Sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, elite trainer boxes, etc.) are not eligible for returns once opened, as we cannot guarantee the contents after opening.

Sealed products that have not been opened may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition.

Singles (Individual Cards)

All sales of individual cards (singles) are final and non-returnable, unless the card received is significantly different from the one described or shown in the listing (e.g., wrong card, wrong condition grade).

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

  • Pre-orders are non-refundable. The amount paid will be held as a store credit reservation until the product is released and shipped.
  • In the event that a pre-ordered product is cancelled by the publisher or distributor and we are unable to fulfill your order, your payment will be converted to store credit for use on any other product in our store.
  • Pre-order prices are locked at the time of purchase. We do not adjust prices if the market price changes before release.
  • Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. Madatsu TCG is not responsible for delays caused by publishers or distributors.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued in EUR and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store credit can be applied to any product available in our store.
